NESTING SUPPORT
As your due date nears (whether you’re still working or not) the prenatal mental load can feel heavy.
The more you check off your ‘to-do list’ the longer it can feel. We all want a safe, comfortable space for our growing families. Nesting is a very real, instinctual experience that looks different for everyone.
At the same time, the third trimester can bring exhaustion and discomfort; remember to listen to your body and be mindful of your energy.
This does not have to be a solo endeavour. Together we can make a plan to prepare your home, your postpartum support systems, and talk through hopes and anxieties.
Nesting Support Includes:
Hospital Bag prep
Getting your home baby ready
Connection to perinatal resources and programs
Prenatal to-do-list support
washing/folding baby’s new clothes
Packing your hospital bag
Setting up, cleaning, sanitizing, organizing new baby items
Carseat practice
Setting up postpartum care supplies and feeding stations
A listening ear
Each and every family is special and carries their own unique set of needs. Please reach out to plan a care package specific to yours.
