POSTPARTUM CARE
Birth is only the beginning. As parents, you’ll spend your life growing alongside your little one. Whether your baby is one day old or one year old, there will always be love and joy and stages of overwhelm and exhaustion.
I’ve been there, being a new parent is hard! As a postpartum doula, I can support this journey and take care of you so you can focus your energy where it is needed most. I am here to work alongside you and your family as you transition to life at home with your new baby.
I'll offer evidence-based information on infant feeding, sleep and care as well as emotional support and validation of your experiences, as I care for you and baby.
My presence will always be judgement free, meeting you where you are, with each visit tailored to your unique needs.
